Our swiss watches has high quality, and the movement is very stable, but the Asia  watches has a lot of problem. Beause of the asia watch isn't stable and very cheaper.  E.X: the cheaper car and the expensive car, why the price is different? Bcause their material and engins are differently. So, it is the same reason for swiss wathes and asia watch. If you still have any question about it. Please refer to "FAQ - How about your quality", thank you.

We offer the Swiss watch has 90 days and Asia watch has 60 days standard warranty on every watch you purchase from our website.

Our repair person has found that 2 out of 4 leaks are because of the crown not being screwed down tightly. To this point we have had none of our customer report water damage our watches. Please be aware that we cannot cover water damage due to user error.


We would like you Email us about your Problems as many issues can be fixed or adjusted by yourself.

We will repair your product within the warranty period provided that:

The item has a manufacturer defect.

The item does not function according to the specifications on the web site.

The customer assumes all shipping expenses.

The item(s) matches the item(s) on our invoice records.

Warranty does not cover the following occurances:

. Mishandled merchandise by Customer

. Cracked glass

. Battery failure

. Unreasonable wear and tear of any kind

. Damage Caused by Water

All watches are sold at its maximized size and must be fitted (removal of links) at your convenience. (If a stainless steel band). Leather bands can be easily adjusted based on the size of the Customers wrist.

You will probably face the problem that the components(screw, clasp) of watch you bought from us were broken or lost by yourself. How to solve the inconvenient problem? You have two selections to choose.

1. To pay $40 US (including shipping fee and commission) and we will deliver the components to you.

2. Buy new products of ours and we will resupply the components for free to you.
