We have heard many times that other on-line replica companies have not returned emails or have not answered telephones calls. Some of our customers have even said that they reached a pager when calling another site. (which wouldn't have been a problem if they had only called back!) Imagine our pleasant surprise when many of our past customers emailed and called us letting us know that they were not going to take a chance on another site again but would wait until we had a more complete stock to make their purchases!
As the young CEO of Huntawatch my heart was warmed. In something as "surreal" as the Internet I found time and again genuine customer loyalty.

We are signing up new suppliers, adding more product info, we have live help every day for at least five hours and we have redesigned the site again this year. We want to be the best replica site on the planet. The good news is, we don't measure success solely by sales.
